WELCOME TO BIG FISH LAKE

Our beautiful spring-fed natural lake is nestled in Marcellus Township, Cass County, Michigan. Covering approximately 340 acres and reaching depths of nearly 50 feet, Big Fish Lake is the largest of a connected chain of three lakes and is known for its clean water, excellent fishing, and recreational boating. A significant portion of our shoreline remains natural wetland, contributing to the lake’s wildlife habitat, peaceful setting, and scenic boat cruises. For generations, families have called Big Fish Lake home, building a strong community centered on respect for the lake, shared responsibility, and preserving what makes this place special for those who live here today and for future generations.

SAFETY FIRST!

Any motorized boat operator born after June 30, 1996, is required by law to pass a boater safety course and to carry a boater education card. In addition, boater education is also required for all PWC operators born after December 31, 1978.
